[Remote] Fertility & Reproductive Health, APAC Region (Mandarin Fluency)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Maven Clinic is the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, aiming to make healthcare accessible and effective. They are seeking a Fertility or Reproductive Nurse fluent in Mandarin to provide virtual care, education, and support to individuals and families seeking reproductive health care.
Responsibilities
• Provide virtual care, education, guidance, and support to individuals, couples, and families seeking fertility and reproductive health care, including:
• Educate members on fertility assessments, treatment options, and the overall fertility journey
• Explain common causes of infertility
• Advise members on questions to ask in-person providers, bridging language or cultural gaps
• Support members navigating between clinics, offering guidance on selecting the right facility
• Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone
Skills
• Hold a nurse degree in your country of practice
• In good standing with all applicable medical boards; no history of malpractice, disciplinary actions, or loss/restriction of hospital privileges
• Reside in Australia, Singapore, or elsewhere in the APAC region
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Able to provide direct member care for 2 hours per week (part-time, independent contractor role – 1099 position or local equivalent)
• Have 2+ years of experience in telehealth and are comfortable providing care through a digital health platform
• Passionate about women's and family health
