[Remote] Fall 2025 Sports Graphic Design Internship (Unpaid)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optimal Sports Management is a sports agency based in Los Angeles, currently growing within the NFL and NCAA Football NIL industry. They are seeking highly motivated interns to join their graphic design team, where responsibilities include creating marketing materials and collaborating on various design projects. Responsibilities • Create marketing materials, compile/edit press clips, and coordinate with a network of photographers to create content. • Design Instagram graphics/reels for our clients. • Create personal branding logos for client's apparel lines. • Collaborate with the design team on various projects, including branding, marketing materials, and digital content. • Assist in the creation of visually stunning designs for social media, website, and print materials. • Help to maintain the company's visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms. • Help to manage and organize graphic assets. • Research and stay current on design trends and techniques. • Other graphic design duties as required. Skills • Current college student or recently graduated from a 4-year university with a degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field. • Strong portfolio of design work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow. • A background in sports and creating sports related graphics is a plus (Preferably in football or college football). • Experience on Instagram and Tik Tok is also a major plus. • Previous experience creating logos is a major plus.
