Senior AI Solution Director, Energy

Job Description: • Accountable for successful delivery of Enterprise AI solutions within Energy (Oil & Gas) portfolio • Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams (data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, product managers, designers) • Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and project quality • Support Industry Managing Director in growth of client accounts and pitch new AI propositions • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI programs and ensure adherence to quality, timeliness, and client value • Collaborate with MD and CPO to craft new AI propositions for Oil & Gas • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as strategic technical advisor • Partner with MD and BDDs for business development, scoping projects and developing proposals • Drive innovation, technical excellence, POCs, and product development • Work with internal teams on pricing strategies, scalable AI products, go-to-market, and marketing presentations Requirements: • PhD in Petroleum Engineering or a related technical field. • A minimum of 10+ years of technical experience as a data scientist or in a relevant technical field with a strong understanding of software development, IT, and data engineering principles. • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling highly technical teams within the Energy (Oil & Gas) sector. • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing senior-level client relationships, with a track record of delivering AI projects that achieve tangible business outcomes. • Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments, including new ventures or scaling businesses, is highly advantageous Benefits: Apply tot his job
