Remote Experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Miami, Florida-based Levin Law, P.A. is a fast-growing litigation boutique looking for an experienced paralegal and/or legal assistant for a remote position (with an in-person option) to help manage an active caseload with the following job duties:
• Onboarding new clients;
• Managing a significant number of securities, consumer, data privacy, and cryptocurrency arbitrations;
• Managing the Firm's litigation matters;
• Overseeing communications with adversaries and clients;
• Helping manage the firm's legal practice and case management systems;
• Helping manage attorneys' schedules and calendars;
• Assisting attorneys in the preparation of depositions, hearings, arbitrations, trials, and conferences;
• Conducting investigations and research;
• Organizing and tracking files related to case documents; and
• Drafting documents, such as letters, discovery requests and responses, and motions.
Our firm's caseload is a nationwide mix of plaintiffs-side securities, consumer, data privacy, and cryptocurrency arbitration and litigation, consumer arbitrations, class actions, business litigation (plaintiff and defense), shareholder derivative cases, and civil regulatory defense.
Competitive compensation package with full benefits. We are open to hiring on either a part time or full time basis.
