The Worker is responsible for managing 1-3 projects for DFPS simultaneously using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
Required skills:
Ā 7 years of experience in Leading Information Technology software development projects
Ā 7 years Understanding of a variety of software development topics, such as requirements writing, development, software testing, and code promotion
Ā 7 years Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle processes
Ā 7 years Working knowledge of project documentation including charters, project plans, work breakdown structures, resource management, status reports, issues logs, action logs, and decision tracking documents
Ā 7 years of Ability to analyze complex information and develop plans to address identified issues
Ā 7 years of... Ability to manage changes in project scope, resources, and budget
Ā 7 years of Ability to communicate project progress and upcoming activities to project resources and all levels of project stakeholders
Ā 5 years of Skill in interpersonal relationships, including working with people under pressure, negotiating among multiple parties, resolving conflicts, and maintaining effective working relationships

Ā 4 years of Experience managing SALESFORCE projects
