Responsibilities
Handle losses and claims for commercial, property, auto, and casualty insurers.

Provide outstanding customer experience throughout the claims process.

Examine insurance policies and other records to determine insurance coverage.

Interview, telephone, text, email, and/or correspond with insureds, vendors, and agents regarding claims.

Write estimates for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged property.

Prepare reports of findings and negotiate settlements with claim parties.

Revise case reserves in assigned claims files to cover probable costs.

Communicate the status of claims effectively and frequently to all parties involved.
Requirements
Must have an active Property Adjuster License; multi-state licenses preferred.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
