This role ensures efficient inventory control, timely dispatching of materials, and strong coordination with our service and installation teams. The Warehouse Manager is essential in maintaining operational excellence and supporting field staff in delivering top-quality service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse functions: receiving, organizing, stocking, and distributing HVAC materials and equipment Maintain accurate inventory records and track incoming/outgoing materials using warehouse software Coordinate material staging for job sites and technician needs Ensure timely deliveries and returns from vendors and job locations Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Communicate effectively with service, install, and office teams to support daily operations Develop and implement standard warehouse procedures for efficiency Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Train and lead warehouse staff (if applicable) Perform periodic audits and assist in inventory cycle counts Job Requirements: 2+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred) Familiarity with inventory control systems and basic computer applications Forklift operation experience (certification preferred or willing to obtain) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines Join Cardinal Heating and Air Conditioning today and become a vital part of a team that values integrity, service, and professionalism.
