Zeektek is seeking an Executive Healthcare Project Manager IV for a contract to hire position focused on regulatory and compliance initiatives within healthcare. The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution to manage multiple workstreams while mentoring other project managers under an enterprise program structure. Responsibilities • Successfully leading large, complex regulatory and compliance initiatives within healthcare, particularly those aligned with CMS Final Rule programs. • Managing multiple workstreams and mentoring other PMs under an enterprise program structure. • Demonstrating executive presence and excelling in executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement. Skills • 7+ years of experience successfully leading large, complex regulatory and compliance initiatives within healthcare • Strong blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor other PMs under an enterprise program structure • Demonstrates executive presence • Excels in executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement • Proficient with Smartsheets, Planview, and other enterprise project management tools • Proven success delivering cross-functional projects on time in compliance-driven environments • 5+ years of Project/Program Management • Experience in managing Regulatory/Compliance projects within healthcare • Experience Project Managing large complex projects • Executive Reporting / Executive Presence • Executive reporting experience • Interoperability experience • History of successfully managing large and complex regulatory/compliance driven projects within healthcare • Experience with IT and business implementations • Smartsheets experience • Planview experience Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • MBA Company Overview • Zeektek is an IT recruiting and solutions firm.
