Conduct regular reviews of budgetary documents and assist in budget-related meetings with direct reports, demonstrating your financial acumen and attention to detail. Foster communication among team members and support project initiatives related to media and audience acquisition, leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge. Perform other administrative duties as required, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, providing a solid foundation in administrative practices and business operations. A minimum of five years of experience in an office setting, supporting multiple executives and interacting with external stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies. Strong editing and proofreading capabilities, ensuring that communications are polished and error-free.
