Strategic alignment of tasks with EOS principles, comprehending the broader context while remaining detail-oriented
Capturing, prioritizing, and translating the CEO's ideas into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with operational standards
Management of the CEO's email, calendar, and travel arrangements, facilitating seamless logistics
Coordination of in-person events and meetings, overseeing all logistical details to ensure quality outcomes
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a rapidly growing business
Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, visionaries, or CEOs
Proven expertise in process creation and implementation with strong organizational skills
College degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare
Familiarity or experience within the marketing and healthcare sectors
Preferred qualifications include a background in marketing, business degree, certifications in project management, and experience in client services or engagement with mission-driven organizations.
