Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of content with overall business goals. Lead a team of content designers and provide guidance, mentorship and support to drive their professional growth. Utilize data and insights to continuously optimize and improve content performance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content design and e-commerce to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Ensure all content is in line with Netflix's brand voice, tone and style guidelines. Collaborate with user research and testing teams to gather insights and incorporate them into content design.
