Remote Event Experience Manager
Our client is seeking a creative and highly organized Remote Event Experience Manager to orchestrate memorable and impactful virtual and hybrid events. This fully remote position allows you to design and execute engaging experiences from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating seamless, interactive, and memorable experiences, coupled with exceptional project management skills and a strong understanding of virtual event platforms and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, plan, and manage virtual and hybrid events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and attendee engagement. Select and manage relationships with virtual event platforms, AV providers, and other key vendors. Develop event content, agendas, and speaker itineraries. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, speakers, and facilitators to ensure smooth event flow. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution. Design engaging virtual experiences, including interactive sessions, networking opportunities, and digital content. Oversee technical aspects of virtual events, troubleshooting issues in real-time. Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans for events. Analyze event performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and prepare post-event reports. Continuously research and recommend innovative technologies and strategies for virtual and hybrid events. Ensure a high-quality attendee experience from registration through post-event follow-up. Manage online communities and engagement during and after events. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to leverage events for lead generation and brand building.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a significant focus on virtual and hybrid events. Proven expertise in using various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Bizzabo). Exceptional project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong understanding of event marketing, content creation, and attendee engagement strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships. Creative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding attendee experiences. Proficiency in event management software and tools.
