Coordinate logistics for sports events, concerts, and live theater productions, ensuring all event details are managed efficiently.
Work with vendors, venues, performers, and other event stakeholders to secure all necessary arrangements.
Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and tailor planning strategies accordingly.
Organize event timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee event set-up, coordination, and post-event follow-up to ensure smooth operations.
Address any issues that arise before, during, and after events to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven passion for the entertainment industry, including sports, concerts, and live events.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software.
Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is a plus, but not required.
