[Remote] Epic Certified Willow Ambulatory Pharmacist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mediant Health Resources is seeking an Epic Certified Willow Ambulatory Pharmacist to support project-based initiatives. The role involves leading the build, configuration, testing, and optimization of pharmacy workflows and clinical integrations while collaborating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities • Serve as an Epic Willow Ambulatory Pharmacist supporting primarily project-based initiatives, with secondary responsibility for incident and request back-up support • Lead Epic Willow Ambulatory and Inpatient build, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation optimization across pharmacy workflows and clinical integrations • Collaborate closely with clinicians, IT teams, and operational leadership to optimize medication build, order sets, infusion workflows, dispensing processes, and regulatory-driven enhancements • Support and contribute to complex pharmacy initiatives including Specialty Pharmacy (Compass Rose), Home Infusion, infusion pump integration (BD Alaris), Dispense Prep conversion, Meds-2-Beds, and new retail pharmacy openings Skills • Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required • Lead Epic Willow Ambulatory and Inpatient build, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation optimization across pharmacy workflows and clinical integrations • Collaborate closely with clinicians, IT teams, and operational leadership to optimize medication build, order sets, infusion workflows, dispensing processes, and regulatory-driven enhancements • Support and contribute to complex pharmacy initiatives including Specialty Pharmacy (Compass Rose), Home Infusion, infusion pump integration (BD Alaris), Dispense Prep conversion, Meds-2-Beds, and new retail pharmacy openings • Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification preferred • Additional experience with Epic Willow Inventory preferred Company Overview • Mediant Health Resources specialize in IT subject matter solutions.
