Required Qualifications We’re looking for applicants who bring the following qualifications: • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school. • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 3+ years of experience practicing environmental law in a law firm, government agency, or nonprofit setting. • Strong understanding of U.S. environmental regulatory frameworks, case law, and permitting systems.• Demonstrated ability to manage remote caseloads and maintain high levels of accountability. • Superb legal writing, research, and verbal communication skills. • Capacity to translate technical environmental issues into legally sound arguments.
