Remote Entry-Level Business Analyst (Anywhere in US) | WFH

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive support to the Acting PMO Director. This remote position allows you to engage with mid to senior-level management, leveraging your knowledge of organizational procedures and best practices to drive impactful business initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Draft precise and effective Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
Create training guides and facilitate training sessions for internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Collaborate with IT teams and delivery managers to ensure project releases align with operational and client testing approvals.
Participate in a sprint-based environment, utilizing shared IT resources across various projects.
Aid in the enhancement of standardized best practices to fulfill company and team objectives.
Conduct data analysis using SQL Server for requirements gathering or functional testing.
Generate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) that involve complex calculations and multiple data sources.
Research and compile materials for special projects connected to marketing and contract administration.
Required Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency.
Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Capability to work autonomously, adhere to deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across varying levels of the organization and with external clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with SQL for data analysis is essential.
Understanding of sprint methodologies and project management concepts is advantageous.
Previous experience in medical claims processing or the insurance and claims sector is desirable.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, such as computer science or healthcare.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst is required.
Scrum certification or relevant experience is a plus.
