[Remote] Employee & Partner Engagement Manager

They are seeking an Employee and Partner Engagement Manager to enhance employee giving, strengthen partnerships, and promote mission awareness across North America.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Grow and manage employee giving campaigns supporting Associa Cares
ā¢ Develop and promote inter-office, small-scale ($500 - $2,000) fundraising initiatives that are scalable and replicable
ā¢ In partnership with the Development Manager, build year-round engagement and recognition opportunities for external partners
ā¢ In partnership with the Program Manager, develop compelling impact stories and mission focused email marketing and social media content
ā¢ In partnership with the Executive Director, create a recognition (stewardship) program for Associa branch employees and external donors
ā¢ Build and implement a robust social media calendar, aligned with mission forward objectives
ā¢ Daily management of the stewardship program and marketing and social media content
ā¢ Collaborate with program and development staff, as well as board driven committees, to align engagement initiatives with mission impact
ā¢ Help grow a sustainable culture of giving across Associa
ā¢ Travel is not required for this role, though there will be opportunity to travel to various Associa branches for initiatives
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree preferred
ā¢ 3-5 years+ experience in a corporate social responsibility setting or nonprofit overseeing volunteer or employee engagement, or in a similar stakeholder facing communications role. Experience with client/customer success may also be considered
ā¢ Passion for mission driven work
ā¢ A strong self-starter
ā¢ Highly organized with strong follow-through
ā¢ Strong creative writing skills. Must have the ability to create a mission-driven story around (limited) key information
ā¢ Experience with social media marketing/story telling
ā¢ Ability to demonstrate a high level of diplomacy
ā¢ Ability to build relationships across teams and geographic regions
ā¢ Comfortable with public speaking
ā¢ Comfortable leading virtual meetings
