Head of Data Consultancy

We are seeking a visionary Head of Consultancy to lead our data engineering consultancy division. This is a critical role that will drive the growth and success of our consultancy services, leveraging our proprietary 5X platform to deliver exceptional value to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in data consultancy, capable of owning the PL, building client relationships, and fostering a high-performing team. As the Head of Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to drive significant revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, and develop a world-class team of data engineers.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the consultancy team's Profit Loss (PL), ensuring financial targets are met through effective utilization and resource management.Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Collaborate closely with the revenue team to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our consultancy services to new and existing clients.Elevate our consultancy offerings by integrating advanced AI and data application use cases, staying ahead of industry trends.Manage and optimize resources, including strategic hiring and development of top-tier data engineering talent.Mentor, coach, and develop data engineering leads and team members, fostering a culture of trust and high performance.
