[Remote] Embedded Generative AI Developer Internship – (Remote, Unpaid)

They are seeking an Embedded Generative AI Developer Intern to integrate LLM into smartphone and embedded environments, focusing on real-time AI responses across various platforms. Responsibilities • Develop Embedded Generative AI Models • Design, test, and optimize on-device generative AI models for real-time interactions • Implement low-latency inference using several frameworks • Create AI-Powered Scenarios for Knowledge lifecycle and lifelong learning journey according specifications previously designed • Optimize AI for Mobile and Embedded Devices • Reduce computational overhead while maintaining high inference accuracy • Work with quantized models and efficient memory management for on-device AI • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams • Work alongside AI engineers, UX designers, and developers to seamlessly integrate AI scenarios into Lillup’s products ecosystem • Testing & Optimization • Conduct extensive testing across mobile (iOS/Android), web, and embedded environments • Implement real-time feedback loops to improve AI-generated content • Documentation & Research • Maintain clear documentation on LLM inference, prompt engineering, and optimization strategies • Stay updated with SOTA generative AI trends and hardware acceleration techniques Skills • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and on-device inference • Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks • Familiarity with text and voice AI interfaces for mobile/web applications • Knowledge of AI quantization and low-power optimizations for edge devices • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills and a passion for embedded AI solutions Benefits • Flexible, remote-first environment with a global AI team. • Opportunity to contribute to an AI-driven product with a real impact. • Hands-on mentorship from AI experts.
