Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to comprehend hiring needs and assist in requisition requirements.
Maintain exemplary organization and attention to detail while independently managing the recruitment process.
Availability for up to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule that accommodates your needs.
Required Skills
Familiarity with passive sourcing techniques and tools for attracting high-quality candidates.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities for conducting interviews and liaising with the HR team.
Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree is required.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the education field, along with at least 3 years in a recruiting capacity.
