About the Role: Remote E-File Specialist We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-File Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an E-File Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely as part of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, collaborating on exciting projects, resolving challenges, and achieving shared goals. Key Responsibilities: Where Your Skills Shine Review and accurately file legal documents using our internal systems and email, ensuring compliance with industry standards and our quality benchmarks. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the legal document filing industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices. Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Take on additional projects as assigned, showcasing your flexibility, teamwork, and commitment to our shared goals. Qualifications: The Skills We're Looking For While prior experience in data entry is a plus, it's not a prerequisite. What we look for in our ideal candidate includes: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundational educational background. Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools. The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy. A team-player attitude, with a desire to collaborate and contribute to our team's success. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn our proprietary systems. A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute, ensuring efficient data entry.
