The opportunity Our Solutions Engagement Managers work directly with our product to provide our customers with the data they need. In this position, you would work closely with the customers, as well as, the Chassi product team and GTM team. The day-to-day would involve analysis, some sales enablement, and project management. The must-haves • A strong understanding of finance and business operations concepts • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong attention to detail • Experience in client-relationship building and management • Project management experience with the ability to plan and execute a project from beginning to end • Self-starter and agile mentality • Strong Excel analysis experience • Experience collaborating with multiple teams internally and externally • Consulting experience with the ability to comfortably present to a group • Experience with Python or R is a huge plus, but not a requirement The responsibilities • Perform process discovery, business data analysis, and model/map processes • Deliver client presentations and manage client relationships, development, activities, and skills • Manage and deliver client onboarding • Develop and deliver Chassi training, professional written materials, guides, project plans, etc. • Develop use cases for Chassi based on how the client uses the technology • Manage and route application issues and support tickets • Work closely with development and product teams to improve the application • Support the sales cycle and develop product demos • Various other duties as needed or assigned by leadership Your impact • You’ll be instrumental in driving value to our customers, enhancing the product, and expanding the market. • You’ll get in on the ground floor of a growing startup and gain unprecedented visibility into funding, scaling, and team composition. • You’ll have unlimited advancement opportunities to carve your own career path here.
