We are seeking an exceptional E-Commerce Customer Business Manager to lead our Chewy and California Pet Pharmacy eCommerce strategy, driving sales growth and category leadership for Nutramax products. As a key member of our US team, you will develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our online presence. Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Customer Business Manager will oversee the development and execution of our US Chewy and California Pet Pharmacy eCommerce strategy, working closely with key accounts to drive sales growth and achieve category leadership. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sales and marketing plans, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth and category leadership
Manage and build relationships with key eCommerce accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets
Provide P&L oversight to maximize profitability and manage selling expenses
Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans, budgets, and promotional plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements:
5+ years of eCommerce sales and account management experience
Commercial awareness, marketing, and sales background preferred
Pet category experience a plus
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience working with Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in English, with a second language helpful
Working knowledge of eCommerce contracts and web promotion strategies
