What You’ll Be Doing • Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and confidence • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently and accurately • Manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment • Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and leadership • Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to track jobs and updates • Ensure smooth handoffs between customers and field teams This role requires focus, multitasking, and sound judgment — every call matters.
