Customer Behavior Analysis: Analyze customer behavior, including content preferences and viewing patterns, to identify unmet customer needs and new content opportunities. Content Engagement Prediction: Anticipate content engagement to inform content acquisition and production decisions. Content Launch and Release Strategy: Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy to maximize engagement and viewership. Marketing Strategy Testing: Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention. New Metrics and KPIs Development: Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making. Ad-Hoc Analysis Support: Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to help drive business outcomes. Data Storytelling: Communicate insights and findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: Four-year bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. Data Analysis Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis. SQL and Programming Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python. Statistical Analysis and Machine Learning: Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. Independent Work: Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. Data Storytelling: Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication. Preferred Qualifications Graduate Degree: Graduate degree in Information Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
