Description and Requirements About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Design Analyst to. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Trading bolthires and Manufacture Plant bolthires management, and other costing business, and various activities such as bolthires process and solution design, bolthires analysis, pricing strategy, and financial reporting.This remote position will join us during EST working hours. There maybe quarterly travel to Morrisville, NC. Key Responsibilities • bolthires Management Support : Provide robust support for the trading and manufacturing bolthires management initiatives,This includes conducting in-depth bolthires process solution and design to identify bolthires-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to enhance overall bolthires-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine costing models and methodologies.Ensure that costing processes align with business objectives and industry best practices. Conduct comprehensive bolthires process analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to deliver accurate and timely information. • Pricing Strategy Development : Contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness. Provide market trends analysis insight, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of pricing strategies. • Collaboration and Coordination : Ensure seamless coordination with key teams such as Global Supply Chain (GSC) to maintain high service quality and efficiency. Foster strong working relationships and effective communication channels to facilitate smooth collaboration and information sharing. • Project Management : Lead and manage costing-related projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.Apply project management methodologies and tools to plan, monitor, and control project activities. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. • Process Design and Improvement : Utilize your expertise in business process design to identify areas for improvement in costing processes. Design and implement streamlined and efficient costing workflows, leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance productivity and accuracy. • Presentation and Communication : Deliver high-quality presentations to senior management, stakeholders, and team members, effectively communicating complex costing concepts and data.Ensure clear and concise communication of key findings, recommendations, and action items. Basic Qualifications • 5+ years in the field of enterprise financial digital transformation, with a strong focus on costing and bolthires management. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, SAP consultant, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • 2+ years of project management experience. Preferred Qualifications • SAP experience specifically within Finance and Controlling (SAP-FI, SAP-CO).• Experience delivering solutions to complex Costing issues. • Strong understanding of costing principles, methodologies, and best practices • Experience with digital tools and technologies used in financial analysis and reporting with SAP S4 HANA. • Experience managing cadence for digital transformation initiatives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex bolthires issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.• Strong Experience with business requirements documentation and stakeholder alignment. • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, synthesize insights quickly, and recommend practical actions. • Certifications Preferred: PMP, SAP (Certified Application Associate or higher in relevant modules), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English strongly preferred. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $105-135k.Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This remote position will join us during EST working hours.
