SaaS Product Tester Needed - Video Review & Feedback (30-60 min task)
I'm looking for someone to test my SaaS product (fdback.io - a user feedback platform similar to Canny) and provide honest feedback via a short video review. What you'll do: - Sign up and explore the platform (10-15 min) - Test core features: creating feedback posts, voting, commenting, roadmap view, changelog - Record your screen while testing (Loom or similar) - Share your honest impressions: what's intuitive, what's confusing, what's missing - Point out any bugs or UX issues you encounter Deliverables: - 10-20 minute screen recording with voice commentary - Written summary of key findings (optional but appreciated) Ideal candidate: - Experience with SaaS products / product management tools - Comfortable giving honest, constructive feedback - Clear English communication - Bonus: Experience with feedback tools like Canny, UserVoice, or Nolt This is a quick task - I'm not looking for a full QA audit, just fresh eyes on the product from a potential user's perspective.
