The Device Support Specialist (DSS) will educate patients on Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), conduct regular visits, and ensure optimal patient outcomes through training and technical support.ResponsibilitiesTravel to patient homes, and occasionally to physician offices or healthcare centers, to conduct regular visits which include: Educate patients on TTFields therapy and initiating treatmentProvide ongoing enhanced training sessions for patients and caregiversPerform technical analysis and equipment maintenance with troubleshooting and equipment replacement as neededCollect and analyze patient data during monthly follow-up visits and provide individualized coaching with appropriate resources as neededTo ensure accessibility and flexibility for patients, some duties may be conducted through virtual visitsDemonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with patients and their caregiversFollow established timelines and guidelines for patient interactions, ensuring consistency and quality of careSkillsAssociate's degree with 2 to 3 years' relevant professional experienceBachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years' relevant professional experienceExperience working with oncology patients, or in a clinical or patient-facing role (e.g. medical assistant, nurse, occupational therapist, etc.)Strong emotional intelligence and situational awarenessMust possess a valid driver's licenseAbility to dedicate approximately 60% of time to travel each week, including overnight stays, for territory managementPrimary residence must be within assigned territoryExperience working in a for-profit environmentExpert ability in managing an oncology therapeutic business on a territory basis with responsibility for sales, local marketing, reimbursement and technical support functionsField sales or account management experience in oncology therapeuticsMust have a proven ability to work in a fast paced organization with minimum supervision, good judgment and sound decision making skillsBenefitsQuarterly bonusCompany vehicleRestricted stock unit grantFull range of benefitsCompany OverviewAn Oncology Company Pioneering a Novel Therapy for Solid Tumors It was founded in 2000, and is headquartered in Zug, Zug, CHE, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
