They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager, Events to plan and coordinate various events, ensuring they align with marketing goals and foster meaningful engagement with attendees. Responsibilities β€’ Support the planning and coordination of Customer.io’s global events calendar β€” from virtual sessions and webinars to field events and industry conferences β€’ Partner with the Senior Demand Gen Manager and broader marketing team to define goals, audiences, formats, and success metrics β€’ Help evaluate sponsorships, speaking slots, event formats, and new opportunities that align with our demand goals β€’ Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure every event feels cohesive and aligned with our campaigns and messaging β€’ Manage the day-to-day logistics that make events successful: vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show, speaker prep, and on-the-ground or virtual support β€’ Partner with Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop compelling event assets and presentations β€’ Oversee registration flows, pre-event communication, and the attendee experience β€” from first touch to follow-up β€’ Step in wherever needed to keep events running smoothly, calmly, and on-brand β€’ Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, paid, and partner channels β€’ Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and registration workflows β€’ Collaborate with RevOps and Lifecycle teams to ensure lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly β€’ Manage attendee communication throughout the event lifecycle β€’ Track event performance β€” registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact β€’ Share insights and recommendations to help us continually improve ROI and attendee experience β€’ Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running events smoother and more scalable β€’ Partner with RevOps to ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting across systems Skills β€’ 3+ years in event marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS β€’ Experience supporting or running a mix of virtual events, webinars, and in-person activations β€’ Strong project management skills β€” you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams with ease β€’ Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up β€’ Comfortable with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Customer.io, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce β€’ Familiarity with webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom, ON24, etc.) and event management tools β€’ Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, attribution, and event funnel performance β€’ Ability to partner with RevOps to troubleshoot data flows and ensure clean reporting Benefits β€’ 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family β€’ 16 weeks paid parental leave β€’ Unlimited PTO β€’ Stipends for remote work and wellness β€’ A professional development budget Company Overview β€’ Customer.io enables users to send newsletters to selected segments of customers using their website data.
