Role Overview Mid-level analyst who manages moderate ambiguity, reframes stakeholder asks, and improves analytical infrastructure. Main Responsibility Deliver analyses on ambiguous problems, optimize data workflows, and bridge gaps between business needs and technical implementation. Ideal Candidate Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; 3–5 years in analytics or product analytics. Knowledge & Competency: Strong SQL and data transformation. Advanced use of BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker). Comfortable with product analytics and instrumentation QA (Mixpanel/Amplitude). Can reframe vague stakeholder requests into structured analytical problems. Actively uses AI tools to speed up work. Basic scripting in Python/R for automation or deeper analysis (nice to have). Beginning exposure to analytics engineering (dbt or similar - nice to have). Personality: Structured thinker, pragmatic, collaborative, balances technical depth with usability.
