[Remote] DeFi Wallet & Funds Flow Operations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LSS Project Services is looking for a DeFi Wallet & Funds Flow Operations Specialist to support accurate management, tracking and control of wallets, balances and capital movements across DeFi strategies. This role focuses on operational correctness, transparency and discipline rather than strategy design or yield optimization. Responsibilities Track balances across wallets, protocols and networks Monitor and record capital inflows, outflows and internal transfers Verify that funds are correctly deployed according to active strategies Maintain clear records of wallet usage, roles and purposes Support reconciliation between expected and actual balances Assist in identifying discrepancies or operational inconsistencies Prepare internal summaries of fund movements and wallet status Support improvements to wallet and funds flow tracking processes Skills Hands-on experience managing or tracking crypto wallets in live environments Strong understanding of how funds move across DeFi protocols and chains High attention to detail and operational accuracy Experience maintaining records of balances and transactions Comfort working with multiple wallets, chains and protocols Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setup Fluency in English Remote work experience is a plus Benefits Token Allocation: Available depending on role involvement Legacy: Performance-based bonus linked to operational accuracy Company Overview LSS Project Services LLC established in 2007 in Hanover, Germany moved after 15 years of national business in Germany and over 80000 satisfied customers to Dubai.
