You'll possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on acute care and payer organizations. Your expertise will enable you to identify performance improvement opportunities, scale out best practices, and build long-term account plans that drive business growth and success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage strategic partnerships with clients, serving as the main liaison and ensuring seamless communication between arenaflex and our clients. * Proactively pinpoint opportunities for enhancing customer performance using comprehensive data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions. * Cultivate collaboration among affiliated clients, facilitating the exchange of success stories and fostering customer-to-customer cooperation that drives business growth and innovation. * Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, promoting the adoption of solutions, ensuring alignment with operational goals, and delivering measurable value that drives business success. * Craft and deliver narratives on product utilization to illustrate ROI to clients, while also identifying avenues for further adoption and value realization. **Qualifications & Skills:** * 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably within health systems, hospitals, or acute care settings, or relevant industry exposure. * Must have exposure to healthcare organizations, with a strong understanding of the industry's complexities and challenges. * Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner. * Demonstrate excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Exhibit strong relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Display strategic thinking accompanied by robust analytical skills and a keen sense of urgency in delivering solutions that drive business growth and success. * Experience with CRM tools and strategic thinking with analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted solutions. * Experience with SaaS or EHR is advantageous; entrepreneurial spirit is a strong bonus. **Travel:** * 30% travel expected, with territory covering the Southeastern US and occasional travel to headquarters in Toronto, Canada. **Compensation & Benefits:** * At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary, bonus, and benefits.
