They are seeking a Data Services Associate who will be responsible for coordinating client-facing data projects, improving processes for efficiency, and acting as a liaison between clients and the data services team.ResponsibilitiesAssist with operations by contributing new ideas toward expanding the team’s scope and effectivenessTranscribe key data from brokerage statements into the Comply platformUtilize translation and automation tools to convert statements containing foreign language into EnglishCoordinate with other Data Service Associates to determine priority clients to service week-over-weekCreate detailed notes of any data entry issues that come aboutConduct routine quality control audits of ongoing manual data entry operationsPerform ad-hoc administrative tasks as neededSkillsBachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of work experienceStrong Microsoft Excel experience (Vlookups, Hlookups, pivot tables, VBA)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to accurately analyze and interpret dataExceptional organizational and time management skillsSuperior troubleshooting, resolution, and analysis skillsAbility to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projectsMajor in Accounting, Finance or Economics is a plus!Basic to advanced knowledge of securities and training markets a plus!Previous experience in a high-volume call environment and/or Data Services role is a plus!Experience with Salesforce.com (or other CRM systems), SaaS technology, MS Office, software support is a plus!Company OverviewCOMPLY provides and offers resources and consultation services on technical and professional skills for the compliance industry.
