Job Responsibilities:
Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements
Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics
Create custom data evaluations for use by human resource teams and other departments
Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations
Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new systems or processes
Ensure data integrity is maintained by effectively interpreting variances and outliers
Resolve escalated issues through research and analysis
Blend and automate data to drive business insights
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Entry-level experience in a relevant field, with developing skills and knowledge in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers
