This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and deploying enterprise-level data management, analytics, and AI solutions. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Microsoft Fabric and AI Foundry, to enhance our data capabilities. Accountabilities
• Design and implement enterprise-scale data management, analytics, and AI capabilities using Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with teams to define data and AI roadmaps aligning with business objectives.
• Develop reference architectures and patterns for data services and AI applications.
• Shape data service standards and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams.
• Coordinate integration with third-party systems and support vendor evaluations.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI application development.
• Deep understanding of data modeling frameworks like Kimbal and Lakehouse Architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and AI Foundry technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and KQL with experience in performance tuning.
• Ability to implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and secure data applications.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
