Remote-Data Entry/CSR-
$14.50 per hour
Ā *Must Reside within 100 mile radius of London, KY
(Could possibly return to office at some point)
Ā *MANDATORY PAID!!!TRAINING | 2-3wks
SOME WEEKENDS POSSIBLE; RARELY ON SUNDAYS
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ā Process documents electronically
Ā Make outbound calls to Doctors office should volume permits
Ā Process claims
Ā Receives, processes, and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients.
Ā Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
Ā Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
Ā Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.
Ā Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
Ā Must be able to sit at a computer and key documents electronically for at least 8 hours a day and more if
overtime is needed.
Ā Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
Ā Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
Ā Performs other duties as assigned.
Ā Complies with all policies and standards
Position Requirements:
Ā High School Diploma or equivalency
Ā Proficiency use in (MS office, teams, outlook, word)
Ā Must have a secure workspace with high speed internet
Ā Must be able to pass typing test
Ā Must be able to sit for long period of time and willing to work overtime if needed.
Ā Well organized along with strong computer typing skills for effective note taking
Ā Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
Ā Strong data Entry skills
Ā Experience with Computers and navigating through Application Software
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ā Must be available to work weekends and on Holidays if required

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $minimum 26,600.00 - $midpoint. 33250
