Position Overview
The Remote Data Entry Specialist plays a pivotal role in the production pipeline, ensuring that all legal documents entered into arenaflex’s systems are accurate, complete, and ready for swift deployment to our process‑server teams. Working from the comfort of your home in Puerto Rico, you will collaborate with quality‑control (QC) personnel, resolve data discrepancies, and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects. Key Responsibilities

Document Review & Filing: Receive, scan, and upload legal documents using arenaflex’s secure internal platforms; correctly tag and file each item according to established protocols.
Data Verification & QC: Cross‑check entered information against source files, flag inconsistencies, and perform corrective actions to maintain a 99.9% accuracy rate.
Issue Investigation: Diagnose and resolve data anomalies, missing fields, or formatting errors; escalate complex cases to senior QC leads when necessary.
Continuous Training: Participate in mandatory training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑share forums to stay current on legal filing standards, software updates, and industry best practices.
Process Improvement Projects: Contribute ideas and support ad‑hoc initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows, reducing turnaround times, and enhancing overall data integrity.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; additional education in business administration, legal studies, or a related field is a plus.
