Position Overview
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and looking for a flexible remote career opportunity? Join arenaflex as a Remote Data Entry Specialist and become an integral part of our e-Filing department. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and electronically filing legal documents using our proprietary platforms and internal systems. You will collaborate closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to our collective success.
This is a fully remote position, but applicants must reside in one of the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina. We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed, regardless of your prior experience level.
Key Responsibilities
Document Review and Filing: Carefully review legal documents for accuracy and completeness, then utilize our internal systems and email platforms to electronically file these documents with the appropriate courts and legal entities
System Utilization: Navigate and operate arenaflex's proprietary software tools and platforms to process legal documents efficiently and maintain proper records
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to expand your knowledge of the legal industry, court filing procedures, and our internal processes
Issue Investigation: Proactively identify and investigate discrepancies or errors in submitted documents, working with team members to resolve issues promptly and accurately
Quality Assurance: Maintain exceptional attention to detail to ensure all filings meet regulatory requirements and company standards
Collaboration: Work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to collaborate on projects, share best practices, and achieve common goals
Additional Projects: Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors to support department operations
Essential Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Technical Proficiency: Basic experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
Typing Skills: Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to notice errors and inconsistencies in documents
Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy over extended periods
Team Orientation: Genuine desire and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Location: Must reside in one of the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
