Utilize data management software and tools effectively to manage and manipulate data, while staying updated on relevant technologies to enhance data entry efficiency.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiar with data management software.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
Demonstrated experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, ideally within an engineering or technical environment.
