This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for creating reports, building dashboards, supporting compliance efforts, and optimizing internal data processes. The position offers a collaborative environment where your contributions directly enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.Accountabilities: Manage statistical and compliance reporting workflows, including data collection and preparation Extract, analyze, and submit data for regulatory and internal reporting requirements Create dashboards, reports, and tools to improve business intelligence and data visibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant insights Support data governance efforts and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and external partners Automate and enhance existing processes to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities based on data analysis Lead the design of reporting solutions that support operational functions across departments
Associate degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered) Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders Experience with SQL for reporting, data extraction, and analysis is highly desirable Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms is preferred Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
