Responsibilities
Enter and update operational data related to furnace systems, maintenance logs, and customer information into the company's database or software systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries, performing regular quality checks to maintain data integrity.
Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and supervisors to clarify data entry requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data protection and information security.
Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
Proficiency in using computer software and database systems for data entry and management.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or administrative studies are a plus.
