As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of our data management team, working closely with our Legal department and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data processing and management. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Retrieving and recording data from a large volume of documents (approximately 330), focusing on 12 specific attributes per document, such as contract type and effective date. Accurately entering the collected data into a designated worksheet, ensuring high levels of data integrity and attention to detail. Collaborating with the Legal team to address any questions or clarifications, providing timely and effective support to ensure project success. Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting project deadlines, while adhering to blithequark's quality and standards. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications Proficiency in Excel, with a strong ability to accurately and efficiently manage data. Experience using a MacBook, with a good understanding of its operating system and software applications. A strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in data management or a related field. Previous experience in a data entry or related role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with data management best practices and procedures, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
