Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development for Blithequark's Support Systems Team

Job Summary Blithequark is seeking an exceptional and highly skilled professional to join our Support Systems team as a Senior Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead and drive the development of systems that address the support needs of our clients, viewers, creators, and paid subscribers. Key Responsibilities Integrate the business objectives of partners into technical guides, and advance the broader systems strategy to lead ahead of changing business goals. Lead a technical team to deliver robust systems that create business value. Drive best practices across the team, as well as a culture of ownership and accountability for the quality and sustainability of expectations. Lead the team to identify opportunities and move to deliver cost-effective solutions. Oversee framework infrastructure design and delivery, with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Manage people, directors, and teams, as well as coach and develop a team, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Provide scaled and high-touch support, managing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core abilities, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. 15 years of experience overseeing framework infrastructure design and delivery. 10 years of experience managing people, directors, and teams, as well as coaching and developing a team. 5 years of experience providing scaled and high-touch support, managing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in business engineering, systems design, systems integration, data design, and solutions delivery. Ability to use data to drive strategy and business activity, address technical concepts to audiences and management, and influence/lead cross-functional partners. Ability to inspire engineering teams to work together, build industry-leading engineer infrastructure, drive adoption, and deliver impact. Ability to solve uncertain problems and scale across an organization and distributed team. Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and partner engagement skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The US base salary range for this full-time position is $35-45 per year.
