What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Entry

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets with exceptional precision
Perform meticulous data validation to ensure information integrity and consistency across all platforms
Execute bulk data imports and exports as required by various business units
Maintain data dictionaries and documentation for all databases under your supervision
Implement data quality control procedures to identify and correct errors proactively


Office Administration & Coordination

Assist in the coordination of office administrative tasks and support various teams across the organization
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual events for team members
Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and timely manner
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Assist with onboarding new team members by preparing necessary documentation and materials


Data Quality & Compliance

Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
Generate compliance reports as required by regulatory bodies and internal policies
Implement best practices for data security and privacy protection
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data records and documentation


Reporting & Analysis

Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by management
Create custom reports using Excel and database tools to support business decisions
Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
Present findings in clear, understandable formats for non-technical stakeholders
Maintain dashboard metrics and key performance indicators for leadership review


System Support & Process Improvement

Manage and organize digital files and documents efficiently using cloud-based platforms
Respond to inquiries related to data and provide necessary information to team members
Support the implementation of new data management systems and processes
Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing for new software deployments
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow optimization opportunities


What We're Looking For: Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or data management is a plus
Experience: Proven experience in data entry, data management, or administrative roles
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications
