AbCellera Biologics Inc. is looking for highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerks/Specialists to join our growing virtual team. In this role, you will accurately enter and update data across various systems while ensuring confidentiality and precision. This position is perfect for candidates who are self-motivated, focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Retrieve, sort, and organize documents for data entry purposes.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the integrity of all data.
Perform regular backups to safeguard information.
Assist with generating basic reports as needed.
Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding any errors or inconsistencies.
Meet daily or weekly data entry quotas and project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
Previous data entry or clerical experience is a plus.
Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM recommended).
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Familiarity with data management software or CRM platforms is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
