Process all incoming healthcare claim forms and digitalize them as required
Input details of the claims with high accuracy
Provide production services such as data entry, document processing, and scanning
Receive documents via mainframe or web-based applications
Adhere to confidentiality requirements and assist other business operations during peak workloads
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must be capable of lifting 40 lbs. consistently, sometimes overhead
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to clear a criminal background check

Experience in data entry within a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to navigate multiple applications and screens with ease
Effective communication skills in a warm and empathetic manner
