Position Overview
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about ensuring accurate information reaches the right people? arenaflex is seeking a dedicated Remote Data Entry Associate Representative to join our return mail operations team. In this vital role, you will serve as a crucial link in our communication chain, ensuring that member correspondence reaches its intended destination through meticulous address verification and proactive member outreach. What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Associate Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our member communication systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Return Mail Operations: Assist with the comprehensive handling of returned mail, including systematic triaging to categorize and prioritize mail based on urgency and complexity. You will identify address discrepancies and determine the appropriate course of action for each piece of correspondence.
Address Verification: Utilize a variety of internal databases and external resources to research, identify, and query new address information for member correspondence. This includes cross-referencing multiple systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Member Communication: Make outbound phone calls to members to verify address information, demonstrating patience and clear communication skills while gathering necessary updates to our database.
Data Entry Excellence: Input, update, and maintain member information in our various database platforms with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all address updates and verification attempts, ensuring compliance with established protocols and quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to resolve complex address issues and contribute to process improvements.


Required Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:


Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge is essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Data Entry Skills: Proficient data entry skills with the ability to accurately input information into multiple database programs and platforms. You should have a typing speed sufficient to maintain productivity standards.
Communication Abilities: Clear, professional verbal communication skills are required for outbound phone calls. You must be comfortable speaking with members over the phone and conveying information accurately.
Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred, demonstrating your ability to handle high-volume communications effectively.
Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze address discrepancies and determine the best course of action using available resources.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for ensuring data accuracy and identifying subtle discrepancies in address information.
Patience & Empathy: The ability to remain patient and professional when working with members, especially when addressing complex or sensitive situations.
Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare and healthcare terminology is highly preferred, as this role directly impacts member communications within the healthcare sector.

Work Schedule & Arrangements
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office. The work schedule is as follows:


Training Period: Beginning August 11, 2025, comprehensive training will be provided.
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
Schedule Requirement: All team members are expected to work within the CST schedule. Please note that this is not an EST schedule, and candidates must be able to commit to the Central Time zone working hours.
Assignment Duration: This is a temporary assignment expected to last 5+ months, with potential for extension or permanent opportunities based on performance and business needs.
