Collect and process data from disparate information systems throughout our U.S. and global operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all entries
Design and build interactive dashboards using advanced visualization tools that help stakeholders understand risk exposure and evaluate the maturity of associated controls
Construct custom reports tailored to the specific needs of compliance professionals, legal teams, and business leaders
Apply your expertise in analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing organizational risk
Draw meaningful insights and correlations from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences, including compliance professionals, attorneys, and executive leadership
Provide strategic input on emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis and industry best practices
Solicit feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes
Maintain data integrity by implementing quality control measures and ensuring all information is properly documented and stored
Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Essential Qualifications:
Strong SQL expertise with the ability to write complex queries and manage large datasets
Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Tableau Prep
Experience with cloud platforms like BigQuery or similar data warehousing solutions
Knowledge of low-code platforms such as PowerApps for workflow automation
Background in legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment domains
Ability to create impactful visualizations that effectively "tell a story" with data
Programming skills in R or Python for data analysis and automation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
