Job Summary FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities • * Accurately enter and update data into our databases and systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy. • * Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions. • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report on data to support decision-making. • * Maintain detailed documentation of data entry processes and procedures. • * Assist in the development and implementation of data management best practices. • * Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall data accuracy. • * Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to team members as needed. • * Perform regular audits of data to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data entry software. • * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • * Effective written and verbal communication skills. • * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Experience • * A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field is preferred. • * Experience in supply chain or logistics environments is a plus. • Working Hours • * This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
