Unanswered application questions or responses indicating “see resume” will be considered incomplete and you will be removed from consideration.Visio Financial Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity EmployerThe Opportunity:We are seeking aData Analytics and Governance Lead to lead the enablement, adoption, and governance of Visio Lending’s enterprise data platform by partnering with business teams to deliver impactful insights, drive metric alignment, and ensure data readiness for advanced analytics and AI applications.As a Data Analytics and Governance Lead with Visio, you will contribute to the Information Technology Department by:Leading collaboration with business units to identify critical data sources, KPIs, and reporting needsManaging ingestion of structured data into the enterprise data warehouse using tools such as Azure Data FactoryBuilding reports, dashboards, and data alerts using Power BI to deliver business insightsCollaborating with subject matter experts to define and maintain KPIs and standardized metrics across departmentsMonitoring and maintaining the operational health of the enterprise data warehouse and related BI systemsPartnering with the AI Enablement Lead to ensure data quality and availability for AI-powered solutionsProviding guidance to business users on how to self-serve using the BI platformSupporting data governance efforts, including stewardship, access control, and documentationCoordinating with IT on issues related to performance, permissions, and platform maintenanceTracking and prioritizing enhancement requests and promoting consistent practices across teamsEstablishing and leading Visio’s data governance program, including roles, responsibilities, and ownership across business unitsIdentifying and documenting systems of record, single sources of truth, and data ownership for core business entitiesDefining and maintaining data standards, naming conventions, and documentation protocolsCollaborating with department leaders to assign data stewards and support their ongoing enablementMonitoring adherence to governance policies and supporting enforcement through documentation and trainingMaintaining centralized documentation of KPIs, definitions, and metadata in support of self-service analyticsPartnering with compliance, security, and IT to align governance efforts with regulatory and access control requirementsAdhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesManaging other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needsWork Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST Available Remote Locations: AL, AK, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, NC, OH, SC, TX, UT, WISalary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 (Exempt level position)What we are looking for:Someone with a bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experienceSomeone with 3–6 years of experience working with enterprise data platforms, reporting tools, or business intelligence systemsSomeone with experience using Microsoft BI tools, including Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and SynapseSomeone with demonstrated ability to define KPIs and build dashboards for operational or strategic insightsSomeone with familiarity with SQL for querying and manipulating structured datasetsSomeone with an Understanding of data governance, metadata, and data quality management conceptsSomeone with the ability to use standard office equipment, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, personal computer, and other peripheral devicesInternal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months.
